I find that 's customer service representativea and staff are very devoted in taking care of their customer's needs and desires. But it doesn't stop there; they also ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase/purchases. They are very reliable and back up their word on all products they sell. I (myself) appreciate their confidence and determination in taking care of their customer's expectations and in giving them a job well done and a very special "Thank you!"

My wife prefers toys with a little extra "oomph", so AA battery power is out of the question for her. Your knowledgeable & courteous staff helped me sift through the lower output toys to find just what she was hoping for. Thanks and we will be shopping again, soon!
