Shipping:
Our goal is to ship all orders within 48 hours after payment is cleared.
All orders to P.O. Boxes, APO's, FBO's are shipped via registered USPS Mail since UPS and Fedex don't deliver to P.O. Boxes
Refused or returned orders will be reshipped after prepayment of reshipping charges. Any order restocked will be charged restocking fees and shipping charges. Restocking charge is 20% of the product amount.
Return Policy:
Due to health reasons and policies for our products, no items can be accepted for return if they have been used. And we cannot accept any returns once they have been opened.
If the product you ordered is totally defective, you may return it within 3 days from the date of delivery for an exchange of the same item of equal value, subject to in-stock availability.
All sales are final, no refunds will be issued.
Return shipping is at your own expense.
